The Story Behind Fatafat Care
Started in Bassi. Built for every corner of Rajasthan.

Home Repair in Small Towns Is Still Broken
If you have lived in a small town in Rajasthan, you already know exactly what this means.
Your fan stops working on a Tuesday evening. You call a few numbers. Some do not pick up. One says he will come tomorrow. Another says the day after. Three days later, your family is still sitting in the heat, waiting.
This is not rare. This happens every week in places like Bassi, Bandikui, Lalsot, Mahwa — and hundreds of towns like them across Rajasthan. Skilled technicians exist. But there is no system connecting them to people who need help right now.
When a technician does show up, there is often no price discussion before the work begins. You find out what you owe only after the job is done. No accountability. No way to know if the person at your door is actually qualified. Local Company and similar platforms cover central Jaipur well — but go 30 kilometres outside the city and their coverage simply disappears.
2 to 3 Day Wait Times — Normal
In Bassi and surrounding areas, waiting 2–3 days for a basic electrician was completely normal. There was no on-demand option. You waited, and you hoped someone would actually show up.
No Price Before Work Starts
Customers had no idea what a service would cost until the job was done. Overcharging happened quietly, and there was no platform to push back through. You either paid or argued at the door.
Zero Technician Accountability
No ID check. No rating system. No way to verify if the person you let into your home was actually who they said they were. You took a chance every single time.
Big Platforms Stop at City Limits
Move to the outskirts of Jaipur or any smaller district town and the well-known home service apps simply stop working. The smaller towns get ignored. They always have.
Our Story starts in Bassi - One Decision. One Town. Zero Resources.
Fatafat Care was not born from a business plan written in a comfortable office. It was born from frustration — the same frustration that thousands of families in small towns feel every week when something breaks at home and no one reliable shows up.
The decision was straightforward: if this problem is real and no one around us is solving it, we will. Not after everything is perfectly planned. Not after raising funding or building a big team. Right now, from Bassi, with whatever we have.
No agency built the website. No team wrote the content. Everything was done manually — one page at a time, one technician verified at a time. That is still how we work today.
After watching the same home repair problems repeat again and again in Bassi — delays, no pricing transparency, no accountability — the decision was made. Build a real solution. Not a venture-funded app. A ground-level marketplace built on trust, one verified technician at a time.
The website launched on April 1, 2026. No press release, no grand event. The first page went live, the phone number went up, and we opened our doors — starting with 7 core services in Bassi. Electrician, plumber, AC repair, RO repair, carpenter, painting and waterproofing, and geyser repair.
Every page written and published manually. Every technician spoken to personally before joining. The platform expanded from Bassi to Jaipur district, then to Dausa, then to Alwar, Ajmer — and across Rajasthan one district at a time. No shortcuts. No copy-paste content. Every area gets its own real coverage.
Small Beginnings. Real Progress.
Before we took a single customer call, we focused on getting the foundation right. All 7 service pages for Bassi went live in the first phase. Each technician who came onto the platform was verified personally — not through an automated form, but through an actual conversation. We spoke with them, understood their background, and only then made them part of our network.
The first customer request we handled was more meaningful to us than any ranking or metric. Someone in our area had a problem, found Fatafat Care, trusted us with it, and got it resolved. That is the foundation everything else is built on — and it has not changed since day one.
All 7 services launched in Bassi from day one — not a partial rollout, not "coming soon."
Every technician personally verified before joining. No exceptions ever made.
Set from day one — not added later as a marketing line. We run multiple teams to back it up.
Price discussed before any work begins. Always. No bill shock after a job is done.
The Day Hyderabad Called
We had been live for a few weeks when a service request came through our website contact form. The person was in Patancheru, Hyderabad — more than 1,400 kilometres from Bassi. Their Midea water dispenser had stopped working properly. Hot water inconsistent, pump not running right. In the middle of summer.
The easy response was to say sorry, we do not cover your area. But something stopped us. If someone found Fatafat Care, trusted us, and reached out — we were not going to simply turn them away.
We had no team in Hyderabad. No contacts. No office. We started making calls, went to Google Maps, read reviews carefully, checked profiles. Within 30 minutes of receiving that request we had found a reliable technician and confirmed the job, and told our customer that help was on the way. The water dispenser was fixed. Customer confirmed. Job done.
"We had nobody in Hyderabad. No team, no office, not even a single contact. Starting from zero — within 30 minutes, the job was confirmed and a verified technician was on the way."
That one order quietly became the clearest proof of what Fatafat Care is really about.
Not a local directory. Not just another city-based platform. A company that finds a way — regardless of distance, regardless of how unfamiliar the city is. The need for honest, reliable home service is not a Rajasthan problem. It is everywhere.

Four Things We Will Never Compromise On
These are not marketing lines. They are the reason Fatafat Care exists.
Verified Technicians Only — No Exceptions
No unverified technician joins our platform. We check identity, we check work history, we speak to them personally. If we are not confident, they are not on Fatafat Care. That has been true from the first technician to the last.
Transparent Pricing — Always Before Work
The price is discussed before any work begins. We use "starting from" pricing so customers have a real expectation going in — and no surprise waiting for them at the end of the job.
60-Minute Response — Backed by Multiple Teams
We run 3 to 4 technician teams. When one is busy, another is available. The 60-minute response commitment is real — not a number we put on a website and quietly ignore when demand is high.
We Go Where Others Do Not
The village that no other technician wanted to go to? We went, and we fixed the problem. The outer areas of Hyderabad where nobody would travel? We found a way in 30 minutes. Our whole reason for existing is to serve where others have given up.
We Are Not Anonymous. We Are Accountable.
One of the biggest problems with unorganised home repair in India is that nobody is accountable. A technician takes money and disappears. A platform has no real address. Nobody picks up when something goes wrong.
Fatafat Care is a registered business with a Udyam number, a proprietor whose name is on public record, and a trademark application filed because we are building something real and we intend to protect it. When you call 9217526864, a real person picks up.
Rajasthan First. Then Every Small Town in India.
We launched in Bassi. We are building across Rajasthan district by district — Jaipur, Dausa, Alwar, Ajmer, Kota, Jodhpur, Udaipur, and every district in between. The goal is not just to cover Rajasthan on a map. The goal is to actually be useful in each place — with real verified technicians, real response times, and real pricing transparency.
After Rajasthan comes Gujarat — our target is late 2026. Then Delhi NCR in early 2027. And after that, every state that has the same problem we started solving in Bassi: capable technicians on one side, families waiting for help on the other — with no reliable bridge between them. The Hyderabad order told us the need is everywhere. We will get there.
36+ districts being built. Jaipur, Dausa, Alwar, Ajmer and more live or in progress.
Next state expansion. Same verified technician model applied to Gujarat's underserved towns.
High-demand market. Satellite towns and outer areas — same gap, same solution.
Every small town, every tehsil, every colony that currently has no reliable home repair option.
