Cancellation & Refund Policy – Fatafat Care

Let me be upfront about something first — right now Fatafat Care is not taking any money from customers. We are in our starting phase and the platform is simply here to connect you with a good service professional near you. That’s the whole job. Payment is something you sort out directly with the technician — Fatafat Care is not involved in any payment transactions between users and service providers.

Cancellations

Changed your mind about a booking? You may directly inform the service provider if you wish to cancel before the technician starts heading to your place. We only ask that you do it early enough so the person coming isn’t wasting their time travelling for nothing. That’s a fair ask we think.

Refunds

Since we don’t collect payment from you directly right now, there is nothing for us to refund on our end. If there is any payment issue it would be between you and the technician directly.

When we do introduce payments on the platform later on, we will update this page properly — no hidden stuff, everything will be clearly written out.

Something Went Wrong?

If the service was not good or something felt off — just contact us. you may directly resolve the issue with the service provider. We may assist in communication if required. We are a small team, not some big company with a complaint box nobody checks. We actually look into these things.

Fatafat Care acts only as a platform to connect users with independent service providers. We are not responsible for cancellations, refunds, service quality, or any disputes between users and service providers.
