What We Actually Do

Fatafat Care is basically a platform that connects you with independent technicians for home repair and maintenance work. We put in effort to make sure the professionals we aim to list service providers with relevant experience — but at the end of the day, the actual service is being done by the technician who is assigned to you.


Your Booking Details
When you book a service, please make sure the information you give us is correct. If the address is wrong or the problem description is off, it can cause delays or confusion — and that is something nobody wants.


Things Can Change
We may update or change our services from time to time. In some cases we might even stop offering a particular service. We will try to keep things smooth but we cannot always give advance notice for every change.


Pricing
The cost depends on what kind of work needs to be done. If during the visit it turns out that extra materials are needed or the job is bigger than expected, there may be some additional charges. The technician will let you know before proceeding.


At the Service Location
We request that you give the service provider proper access to the area where work needs to be done. A safe and workable environment really helps them do the job properly and quickly.


Delays Sometimes Happen
If there is heavy traffic, bad weather, or some unexpected issue — there may be a delay in reaching you. These things are honestly outside the control of Fatafat Care and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Disclaimer

Okay so here is something we want to be straight about.

Fatafat Care finds you a technician. That is our job. We try our best to make sure the people on our platform are skilled and experienced — but we are not the ones doing the work inside your home. The technician is. So naturally we cannot promise that every single job will go perfectly every time.

Before the work starts — please just talk to the technician. Tell him exactly what the problem is, what you expect, what you don’t want. Five minutes of talking before the job starts is honestly better than a complaint after.

Now about damages — if something goes wrong during the service, we may assist in communication between both parties. But we have to be honest here, we cannot take direct responsibility for what a technician does or does not do. They come to your home as independent professionals. We are not their employer. We are just the ones who connected you both.

We are mentioning this not to protect ourselves from everything but just so there are no surprises later. Hidden terms written in tiny font is not something we believe in.

And if you do have a problem — please tell us. Seriously. We are a small team and we actually read these complaints and look into them. We may review feedback and take action such as removing listings.

Fatafat Care acts solely as a platform to connect users with independent service providers. We do not employ, control, or supervise any service provider listed on the platform. All services are provided directly by independent professionals, and any agreement is strictly between the user and the service provider.

Fatafat Care shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, misconduct, or dispute arising from services provided by third-party service providers.
